Harmony Creech

Harmony Jade Creech 

November 15 2006 - September 2007

Age: 10 months old 

Harmony was murdered by her mother, Johni Michelle Heuser. On October 19 2007, her father Ronald Creech returned from Iraq to find his baby's crib empty. He reported Harmony missing. Harmony's bedroom window screen had been popped out and the window was open and much off her clothing was found to be missing. On October 20 2007, police began to search the home that Harmony "disappeared" from. They decided to look in the attic, there they found Harmony's body in a plastic bag which was in a diaper box. Johni said that she had found Harmony dead in her crib and didn't tell anyone because she was afraid of what would happen if she did so the night before Ronald was supposed to come home, she popped out the screen, opened the window and hid some of Harmony's things to make it look like she had been taken from her crib that night. Harmony's cause of death could not be said due to her her body being so decomposed. Harmony was said to have died in September 2007 and Johni lived with four other children under five for over a month with Harmony's dead body in the attic the whole time. Johni Michelle Heuser was sentenced to 11-14 years in prison.

Everyone who knew Harmony, loved her immediately, she was said to be adorable with a smile that could make anyone's heart melt. Harmony's father Ronald tragically passed away on September 15 2017 and is buried next to Harmony.
